Is Justin Bieber A Father?
A 20-year-old woman is said to have filed a lawsuit against the teen pop sensation alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby, it has been reported.
According to reports the California woman named as Mariah Yeater is asking the Baby singer to take a paternity test.
The website reports that Star magazine have obtained the court papers, which are said to have be filed late October, making the request.
According to the website Ms Yeater asks for Bieber ‘to provide adequate support for my baby.’
It has been reported the woman claims she had sex with the underage star on October 25 last year when she was aged 19-years-old.
According to the website a hand-signed affidavit has been reviewed and claiming that Yeater was invited backstage by bodyguards after Bieber’s performance at the L.A. Staples centre.
It reports that after describing meeting the singer Yeater wrote in the affidavit: ‘Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.
‘I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.
‘We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to.’
‘In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.’
She is said to have described the intercourse as ‘brief’.
A court hearing is said to have been set for December 15.

Charlie Sheen: Life After "Two and a Half Men"
Fresh off of being fired from his hit comedy, Charlie Sheen stepped out with 'goddess' Natalie Kenly in Beverly Hills, California on Monday afternoon (March 7).
Seemingly not having a care in the world, the 45-year-old actor puffed a cigarette and wrapped his arm around his lady while visiting a local office building for a business meeting.
As for being let go from "Two and a Half Men", a letter from a Warner Bros. legal staffer told Sheen's attorney that his client should "focus your energies on what no one so far has been able to do: get your client the sustained, rigorous and effective treatment he so urgently needs. It is clear that [Sheen] has no intention of agreeing to the intensive evaluation and treatment that his condition require. It is also clear he does not believe he has a problem and that he will continue to conduct himself in a destructive manner."
In response to the dismissal notice, Charlie's legal eagle, Marty Singer, told THR, "We will sue. It’s a matter of when. It could be this week, it could be in a little while. We’re in no rush. But we will sue.”
Singer continued, “Their position is absolutely ridiculous. Warner Bros. had no objection to my client pleading guilty to a felony while they were actively negotiating his new deal—they did his deal before his plea bargain!”
“From January 2010, even after my client was arrested and then charged with a felony and misdemeanor charges, Warner Bros. did not suspend my client. Instead it wanted my client to agree to commit to do additional seasons of [Men]. Warner Bros. confirmed that it would continue to employ Mr. Sheen even if he pleaded guilty to a felony as long as he did not serve jail time that would interfere with the production schedule."
Sheen's lawyer finished by stating, “This is nothing but Warner Bros. acting on behalf of Chuck Lorre."

Natalie Portman's 2011 Academy Awards Arrival
Held at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, the expecting actress was the center of attention as she perused along the red carpet ahead of the festive ceremony.
Miss Portman is planning on having a big night - as she's the odds on favorite to take home Best Actress honors for her work in "Black Swan".
Making for quite the star-studded affair, celebrity presenters hitting the stage include Scarlett Johansson, Halle Berry, Jude Law and Matthew McConaughey.
The Oscar Awards are hosted by Anne Hathaway and James Franco while airing live on ABC at 8PM ET.

Jessica Simpson Would Get Married in Sweats with Eric Johnson
She tweeted after a workout on Thursday night: "Eric and I could get married right now in sweats!"
Word has it that Jessica has been hitting the gym hard so she can look picture-perfect on her wedding day. But why the big fuss over a healthy regime?
"Yes, I am working out, but why is that worth any sorta [sic] press?" she said. "I always take care of myself."
Amen to that. A girl's allowed to look good for her guy! There's no official date for the non-sweats wedding, but Jessica has said she'd like to be married by this Christmas. Winter wonderland wedding in the works?
Lady Gaga: I Don't Want a Glamorous Life
Lady Gaga says that she prefers the grime of New York to the glitz and glamor of Los Angeles.
The "Born This Way" hitmaker insists she will always live in the New York neighborhood where she grew up as she was left thoroughly unimpressed after a brief stint on the Hollywood party scene.
She said: “I actually made a choice to keep my life pretty normal.
“Some point about two years ago I said to myself, ‘OK, am I going to put my toe in Hollywood’s pond and figure out if I want to live a glamorous life and assimilate to the glamorous lifestyle’, but I really didn’t want to do it.
“And I don’t like Hollywood and I don’t like the whole scene and I just said, ‘I’m going to go home and figure out how to be the first popstar to live in the same neighborhood for the rest of their life that I grew up in’, and that’s what I do.
“I still live where I always lived, I still hang out and drink whiskey at the same bars. I still go to the same hardware store.”
Tough she uses a stage name, the eccentric star -- real name Stefani Germanotta -- insisted that fans always see her as she really is.
Said Gaga while appearing on the Kyle & Jackie O Show: “I’ve become more and more confident as a woman and a don’t make any distinction between myself as Stefani, my birth name and myself, Gaga.
“It’s just a nickname, I’m the same person through and through physically. Who my fans see that’s really who I am and they have never complained to me about it. If they do I will certainly be listening to it and paying attention as I want them to be happy.”

Leighton, Chace and Ed: "Gossip Girl" Workday
Keeping up on their regular work schedules, a trio of “Gossip Girl” cast members were spotted shooting scenes in New York City earlier today (February 24).
Dressed for their parts, Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford, and Ed Westwick all stayed focused as they separately worked their magic for the cameras.
In other news, Ms Meester recently made the tough decision to fire her mom as her manager - cutting her off financially due to an incident involving a restraining order and a friend of the family.
As previously reported, Connie Meester got into a nasty confrontation with an ex-gal pal, Laurel Wiig, which led to the legal ramifications against her.
Lindsay Lohan Seeks Advice from Former Attorney
Doing everything that she possibly can to avoid time behind bars, Lindsay Lohan ventured out to visit with her former lawyer, Blair Berk, in Beverly Hills on Thursday (February 24).
Joined by her mother Dina, the two ladies looked to be in high spirits as they popped into the legal office to discuss the "Mean Girls" star's upcoming hearing regarding her grand theft and probation violation charges.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Lindsay entered a not guilty plea to the felony grand theft count and now has until March 10th to decide whether to accept a plea deal (and receive certain jail time) or take her chances by going to trial.
According to TMZ, Miss Lohan was advised to lean on her former attorney by her current lawyer, Shawn Holley, as Miss Berk represented her in two DUI cases which led to the probation violation.
Jessica Simpson's Pre-Wedding Workout Regimen
Wearing a gray Yale sweatshirt with black tights while toting a Louis Vuitton handbag, the "Do You Know?" darling was fresh off of another fitness session with celeb trainer Tracy Anderson.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Simpson is in the midst of four day a week 75 minute workouts as she readies to tie the knot with fiance Eric Johnson.
A friend of Jess told Us of the efforts, "She's seeing results. She really loves it."

Katie Holmes: Vancouver Coffee Run
Grabbing up a morning pick-me-up, Katie Holmes was spotted loading up on coffee at a Starbucks earlier today (February 18).
Dressed in leggings and a sweater, the “Mad Money” star looked cute and casual as she hit up the coffee shop in Vancouver, Canada.
In other news, her latest film “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark,” has finally received a release date after a hiccup in the sale of the film’s studio.
The 2011 thriller will hit theaters on August 12.
Megan Fox & Brian Austin Green: "Friends with Kids" Couple
Accompanied by hubby Brian Austin Green, the "Jennifer's Body" babe had her hair in curlers while covered up with umbrellas as she ventured to and from the trailer area.
As for the movie, "Friends With Kids" is a comedy set to be released sometime in early 2012.
The flick, which also stars "Mad Men" actor Jon Hamm, is about "a pair of thirty-something best friends who begin to notice the toll that having kids has taken on the couples they know."
Once finished up with her current project, Megan will immediately be delving into the filming of a drama titled "The Crossing" - which is "the story of a young couple who get caught up in a drug trafficking scheme during a holiday to Mexico."

Paris Hilton Turns 30 With the Troops
Paris Hilton spread a little cheer on her 30th birthday on Thursday - she visited a group of U.S. troops in New York.
The socialite marked the milestone with a whirlwind of parties and TV appearances, but she took time out from her busy schedule to head to the headquarters of the United Service Organizations, which supports soldiers and their families.
Hilton chatted to the military men and posed for photos, even posting a snap on her Twitter.com page.
In the accompanying caption, she writes, "Went to the USO to meet with the troops. So nice to see them all!"

Never lacking in the style department, the former "OC" star looked chic as she headed to her nearby car following the work matters while stopping to sign a few autographs along the way.
The sighting comes just as Miss Bilson has launched a new line of vintage porcelain dinnerware called Edie Rose Home by Rachel Bilson.
Described as "an affordable, nature-themed tabletop line," the 29-year-old told C magazine of the offerings:: “To stick with fashion, that would be a little more predictable."
With the products currently available at select Macy's stores, Rachel added, "But there’s no one in my demographic, or really any ‘celebrity’ who has a similar aesthetic as me, who’s doing home or tabletop design. I’m sort of obsessed with dishes. I’m always cooking and baking at home, and I hate going out. I’d love to do bedding, too.”

The "Hannah Montana" star certainly wasn't shy with her choice of apparel, as she donned denim short-shorts paired with a sleeveless t-shirt and fringe boots for the midday outing.
In related news, it's being said that Miss Cyrus is livid over her father Billy Ray's recent interview with GQ in which he spoke about his daughter's troubles while blaming "Hannah Montana" for destroying the family.
A friend told PopEater, "To say Miley is angry is an understatement. She's furious that her own flesh and blood would make a private matter so public. Who does he think he is, Michael Lohan?"
"This isn't what a father does. He never said a bad world about Hannah Montana all those years it made millions for the family, and now that Miley has turned 18 and is making her own decisions, he does this. Unforgivable."

Miley & Tish Cyrus: Bea Bea's Brunch Date
With her dad dominating morning headlines with his new GQ magazine interview, Miley Cyrus was spotted enjoying a bite to eat with her mother, Tish, in Burbank, California on Tuesday (February 15).
The "Last Song" actress displayed a range of emotions from being quite serious to bursting out in laughter as she and her mom chowed down at Bea Bea's during the midday brunch date.
As for papa Billy Ray's interview with GQ, the country crooner claimed that "Hannah Montana" destroyed his family while then saying he should have been a stricter parent in reference to Miley's many headline-making scandal stories.
Also blaming his daughter's handlers for going too far in promoting her, Billy Ray said: "Every time the train went off the track ... her people, or as they say in today's news, her handlers, every time they'd put [the blame on] me ... I took it because I'm her daddy ... OK, nail me to the cross."
He added: "I'm scared for her. She's got a lot of people around her that's putting her in a great deal of danger. I want to get her sheltered from the storm."
