He is currently dating pop sweetheart Selena Gomez, but the 19-year-old might not be happy with recent reports about her beau Justin Bieber.
A 20-year-old woman is said to have filed a lawsuit against the teen pop sensation alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby, it has been reported.
According to reports the California woman named as Mariah Yeater is asking the Baby singer to take a paternity test.
The website reports that Star magazine have obtained the court papers, which are said to have be filed late October, making the request.

According to the website Ms Yeater asks for Bieber ‘to provide adequate support for my baby.’
It has been reported the woman claims she had sex with the underage star on October 25 last year when she was aged 19-years-old.
According to the website a hand-signed affidavit has been reviewed and claiming that Yeater was invited backstage by bodyguards after Bieber’s performance at the L.A. Staples centre.
It reports that after describing meeting the singer Yeater wrote in the affidavit: ‘Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.

‘I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.
‘We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to.’
‘In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.’
She is said to have described the intercourse as ‘brief’.
A court hearing is said to have been set for December 15.

Charlie Sheen: Life After "Two and a Half Men"

Fresh off of being fired from his hit comedy, Charlie Sheen stepped out with 'goddess' Natalie Kenly in Beverly Hills, California on Monday afternoon (March 7).

Seemingly not having a care in the world, the 45-year-old actor puffed a cigarette and wrapped his arm around his lady while visiting a local office building for a business meeting.

As for being let go from "Two and a Half Men", a letter from a Warner Bros. legal staffer told Sheen's attorney that his client should "focus your energies on what no one so far has been able to do: get your client the sustained, rigorous and effective treatment he so urgently needs. It is clear that [Sheen] has no intention of agreeing to the intensive evaluation and treatment that his condition require. It is also clear he does not believe he has a problem and that he will continue to conduct himself in a destructive manner."

In response to the dismissal notice, Charlie's legal eagle, Marty Singer, told THR, "We will sue. It’s a matter of when. It could be this week, it could be in a little while. We’re in no rush. But we will sue.”

Singer continued, “Their position is absolutely ridiculous. Warner Bros. had no objection to my client pleading guilty to a felony while they were actively negotiating his new deal—they did his deal before his plea bargain!”

“From January 2010, even after my client was arrested and then charged with a felony and misdemeanor charges, Warner Bros. did not suspend my client. Instead it wanted my client to agree to commit to do additional seasons of [Men]. Warner Bros. confirmed that it would continue to employ Mr. Sheen even if he pleaded guilty to a felony as long as he did not serve jail time that would interfere with the production schedule."

Sheen's lawyer finished by stating, “This is nothing but Warner Bros. acting on behalf of Chuck Lorre."

Documentary Film about Set to Open Tribeca Film Festival

Set to take center stage, the documentary about the making of Sir Elton John's album "The Union" will open the 10th annual Tribeca Film Festival.

Organizers just announced that "The Union" will be one of the 32 featured films of the festival, with the "Tiny Dancer" based picture to be the very first one shown.

Of the decision, festival co-founder Jane Rosenthal told, “Cameron Crowe gives audiences unprecedented access into Elton John and Leon Russell’s artistic process in an emotional and realistic way."

"The Union" is set to be shown on the Tribeca Film Festival's April 20th kickoff, with Elton set to perform live after the screening.

Lady Gaga says that she prefers the grime of New York to the glitz and glamor of Los Angeles.

The "Born This Way" hitmaker insists she will always live in the New York neighborhood where she grew up as she was left thoroughly unimpressed after a brief stint on the Hollywood party scene.

She said: “I actually made a choice to keep my life pretty normal.

“Some point about two years ago I said to myself, ‘OK, am I going to put my toe in Hollywood’s pond and figure out if I want to live a glamorous life and assimilate to the glamorous lifestyle’, but I really didn’t want to do it.

“And I don’t like Hollywood and I don’t like the whole scene and I just said, ‘I’m going to go home and figure out how to be the first popstar to live in the same neighborhood for the rest of their life that I grew up in’, and that’s what I do.

“I still live where I always lived, I still hang out and drink whiskey at the same bars. I still go to the same hardware store.”

Tough she uses a stage name, the eccentric star -- real name Stefani Germanotta -- insisted that fans always see her as she really is.

Said Gaga while appearing on the Kyle & Jackie O Show: “I’ve become more and more confident as a woman and a don’t make any distinction between myself as Stefani, my birth name and myself, Gaga.

“It’s just a nickname, I’m the same person through and through physically. Who my fans see that’s really who I am and they have never complained to me about it. If they do I will certainly be listening to it and paying attention as I want them to be happy.”
