LeAnn Rimes was back in a bikini for another afternoon in the sun in Cabo yesterday. She wore a pink Acacia suit to hit the beach, where she chatted with a friend, and later hung out poolside with husband Eddie Cibrian, who lounged shirtless. LeAnn and Eddie have been showing PDA and staying active during their getaway, which kicked off last week. They were just a few of the stars that rang in the New Year in Mexico, including Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Alba. Jennifer and her group have since wrapped up their south-of-the-border escape and were spotted saying their goodbyes at the airport yesterday.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez split up again over the holidays, after a romantic vacation in Mexico turned sour. "Their time in Mexico was much of the same for them; constant arguments and bickering," a friend told Radar. "This might really be it for the two of them. They're over going back and forth and all the fighting and reconciling. They're finally realizing that no matter how much they try to make it work, it won't right now." Unlike last time they split, though, it looks like Biebs wasn't mourning and begging for her to take him back. He was photographed at a party in an Orange County hotel room this week... smoking a blunt, as you can see from the TMZ photo above. Sources tell the site that Bieber's buddy Lil Twist (the rapper who was driving Bieber's car when a paparazzo was killed last week) was rolling the blunts, and that the room was full of marijuana smoke. So much for Biebs' clean-cut image? Word is, most of the scintillating conversation at the party was about how tired Bieber was after staying up too late, and about getting their hands on some fast food. (Fascinating stuff, really.) A girl who is not Gomez spent the night in Biebs' hotel room.

Michelle Williams and Pregnant Busy Wear Bikinis on the Beach With Jason

Michelle Williams got in some bikini time with her pregnant friend Busy Philipps when they hit up Cancun, Mexico, with Jason Segel on Wednesday.  Michelle wore a black two-piece but covered up with a denim shirt, a panama hat, and black Ray-Ban Wayfarers. Meanwhile, Busy — who costarred with Jason on Freaks and Geeks — soaked up some rays while wearing a red bikini. The friends reportedly landed in Cancun after Christmas and spent New Year's south of the border. Unfortunately for Busy, the trip wasn't as relaxing as it looked, since she suffered food poisoning during New Year's Eve. Busy tweeted, "Since the early hours of my 2013 were spent violently puking from food poisoning, there's no where to go but up." Illness aside, Busy was back to work today to promote the Tuesday premiere of Cougar Town at the TCAs in LA.
In career news, Miss Williams snagged a spot in the touring musical “Fela!” which is set to open in Washington D.C. on January 29.
According to the Associated Press, Michelle will portray the leading role of Sandra Isadore in the Jay-Z, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith produced production.

They’ve had a tumultuous relationship to say the least, and now it seems things are done for good between Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana. According to a report, the “Limitless” hunk planned on taking his “Avatar” gal on holiday with his family, but they broke up before they left. "Zoe had planned to spend the holidays with Bradley and his family in Europe. They all were going to Paris, but things didn't work out between them. Zoe spent New Year's Eve with friends in Miami,” said a source. The insider added, "Zoe had her whole family close to her and was very guarded while down in Miami. If Zoe was upset over the split with Bradley, she didn't show it.”

He is currently dating pop sweetheart Selena Gomez, but the 19-year-old might not be happy with recent reports about her beau Justin Bieber.
A 20-year-old woman is said to have filed a lawsuit against the teen pop sensation alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby, it has been reported.
According to reports the California woman named as Mariah Yeater is asking the Baby singer to take a paternity test.
The website reports that Star magazine have obtained the court papers, which are said to have be filed late October, making the request.

According to the website Ms Yeater asks for Bieber ‘to provide adequate support for my baby.’
It has been reported the woman claims she had sex with the underage star on October 25 last year when she was aged 19-years-old.
According to the website a hand-signed affidavit has been reviewed and claiming that Yeater was invited backstage by bodyguards after Bieber’s performance at the L.A. Staples centre.
It reports that after describing meeting the singer Yeater wrote in the affidavit: ‘Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.

‘I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.
‘We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to.’
‘In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.’
She is said to have described the intercourse as ‘brief’.
A court hearing is said to have been set for December 15.

Charlie Sheen: Life After "Two and a Half Men"

Fresh off of being fired from his hit comedy, Charlie Sheen stepped out with 'goddess' Natalie Kenly in Beverly Hills, California on Monday afternoon (March 7).

Seemingly not having a care in the world, the 45-year-old actor puffed a cigarette and wrapped his arm around his lady while visiting a local office building for a business meeting.

As for being let go from "Two and a Half Men", a letter from a Warner Bros. legal staffer told Sheen's attorney that his client should "focus your energies on what no one so far has been able to do: get your client the sustained, rigorous and effective treatment he so urgently needs. It is clear that [Sheen] has no intention of agreeing to the intensive evaluation and treatment that his condition require. It is also clear he does not believe he has a problem and that he will continue to conduct himself in a destructive manner."

In response to the dismissal notice, Charlie's legal eagle, Marty Singer, told THR, "We will sue. It’s a matter of when. It could be this week, it could be in a little while. We’re in no rush. But we will sue.”

Singer continued, “Their position is absolutely ridiculous. Warner Bros. had no objection to my client pleading guilty to a felony while they were actively negotiating his new deal—they did his deal before his plea bargain!”

“From January 2010, even after my client was arrested and then charged with a felony and misdemeanor charges, Warner Bros. did not suspend my client. Instead it wanted my client to agree to commit to do additional seasons of [Men]. Warner Bros. confirmed that it would continue to employ Mr. Sheen even if he pleaded guilty to a felony as long as he did not serve jail time that would interfere with the production schedule."

Sheen's lawyer finished by stating, “This is nothing but Warner Bros. acting on behalf of Chuck Lorre."
