Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez split up again over the holidays, after a romantic vacation in Mexico turned sour. "Their time in Mexico was much of the same for them; constant arguments and bickering," a friend told Radar. "This might really be it for the two of them. They're over going back and forth and all the fighting and reconciling. They're finally realizing that no matter how much they try to make it work, it won't right now." Unlike last time they split, though, it looks like Biebs wasn't mourning and begging for her to take him back. He was photographed at a party in an Orange County hotel room this week... smoking a blunt, as you can see from the TMZ photo above. Sources tell the site that Bieber's buddy Lil Twist (the rapper who was driving Bieber's car when a paparazzo was killed last week) was rolling the blunts, and that the room was full of marijuana smoke. So much for Biebs' clean-cut image? Word is, most of the scintillating conversation at the party was about how tired Bieber was after staying up too late, and about getting their hands on some fast food. (Fascinating stuff, really.) A girl who is not Gomez spent the night in Biebs' hotel room.

Is Justin Bieber A Father?

He is currently dating pop sweetheart Selena Gomez, but the 19-year-old might not be happy with recent reports about her beau Justin Bieber.
A 20-year-old woman is said to have filed a lawsuit against the teen pop sensation alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby, it has been reported.
According to reports the California woman named as Mariah Yeater is asking the Baby singer to take a paternity test.
The website reports that Star magazine have obtained the court papers, which are said to have be filed late October, making the request.

According to the website Ms Yeater asks for Bieber ‘to provide adequate support for my baby.’
It has been reported the woman claims she had sex with the underage star on October 25 last year when she was aged 19-years-old.
According to the website a hand-signed affidavit has been reviewed and claiming that Yeater was invited backstage by bodyguards after Bieber’s performance at the L.A. Staples centre.
It reports that after describing meeting the singer Yeater wrote in the affidavit: ‘Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.

‘I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.
‘We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to.’
‘In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.’
She is said to have described the intercourse as ‘brief’.
A court hearing is said to have been set for December 15.

Charlie Sheen: Life After "Two and a Half Men"

Fresh off of being fired from his hit comedy, Charlie Sheen stepped out with 'goddess' Natalie Kenly in Beverly Hills, California on Monday afternoon (March 7).

Seemingly not having a care in the world, the 45-year-old actor puffed a cigarette and wrapped his arm around his lady while visiting a local office building for a business meeting.

As for being let go from "Two and a Half Men", a letter from a Warner Bros. legal staffer told Sheen's attorney that his client should "focus your energies on what no one so far has been able to do: get your client the sustained, rigorous and effective treatment he so urgently needs. It is clear that [Sheen] has no intention of agreeing to the intensive evaluation and treatment that his condition require. It is also clear he does not believe he has a problem and that he will continue to conduct himself in a destructive manner."

In response to the dismissal notice, Charlie's legal eagle, Marty Singer, told THR, "We will sue. It’s a matter of when. It could be this week, it could be in a little while. We’re in no rush. But we will sue.”

Singer continued, “Their position is absolutely ridiculous. Warner Bros. had no objection to my client pleading guilty to a felony while they were actively negotiating his new deal—they did his deal before his plea bargain!”

“From January 2010, even after my client was arrested and then charged with a felony and misdemeanor charges, Warner Bros. did not suspend my client. Instead it wanted my client to agree to commit to do additional seasons of [Men]. Warner Bros. confirmed that it would continue to employ Mr. Sheen even if he pleaded guilty to a felony as long as he did not serve jail time that would interfere with the production schedule."

Sheen's lawyer finished by stating, “This is nothing but Warner Bros. acting on behalf of Chuck Lorre."

Leighton Meester's Mom Gets Harassment Complaint

In a somewhat bizarre news story, the mother of Leighton Meester was recently slapped with a restraining order due to a harassment complaint.

The “Gossip Girl” actress' mom, Constance, allegedly threatened to “hunt down and kill” a Northridge woman and her son over an undisclosed matter.

"She is an addict and has made a threat to kill" the woman, a licensed family therapist in the San Fernando Valley said of the Mrs Meester.

Apparently, the women were "friends" and their kids go to the same school, court documents state.

According to NY Daily News, this isn’t the Hollywood mom’s first run in with the law. She gave birth to Leighton while serving time in federal prison for her connection to a drug ring that smuggled marijuana from Jamaica.

Frankie Muniz Accused of Punching Girlfriend

Coming in as quite the shocking report, Frankie Muniz is alleged to have recently gotten into an intense fight with his girlfriend over the weekend.

According to TMZ, the “Malcolm in the Middle” star and Elycia Turnbow were arguing about “prior relationships” when Muniz suddenly put a loaded gun to his head and later punched her.

Turnbow told police that Muniz "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide," the report said. His girlfriend then had a member of Muniz's rock band take him to the hospital.

But that’s not all. Later, when the 25-year-old returned from the hospital, the couple began arguing once again. But this time Frankie “punched her in the back of the head, and threw her into a wall while in the downstairs bathroom.”

Muniz denies holding the gun to his head and claims the firearm "wasn’t even loaded." He also said the he didn’t lay a hand on her, but he did have to defend himself when Elycia began to attack him. Muniz said “I love her too much. She is the woman I want to marry.”

The police, who later found a loaded gun in the home, warned the couple they both could face jail time if another violent incident occurs.
